Our client, within the food production industry, is looking for a strong administrator to join their team on a part time, temporary basis.
- Temporary role starting 22nd July until end August.
- 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday
- Prestons Location
Role Responsibilities:
- Processing orders
- Communicate orders with production team
- Complete end of day reports
- Process invoices daily
- Take client orders over the phone
- Answer general enquiries over the phone and email
- Data entry of incoming orders
Role Requirements:
- Previous Office Administrator/customer service experience
- Experience with XERO or MYOB preferred
- Experience within the food industry advantageous
