As a key member of the Administration team, you will be an all-rounder in the office as well as being a face of the firm both externally in the Courts and Government offices plus greeting and welcoming our valued clients. To be successful in this role you must be highly organised and have a flexible, proactive approach along with strong teamwork principles. Exceptional presentation and the ability to build trusted relationships with all key stakeholders are also essential to this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct internal and external rounds
- Ensure all rounds records are accurately maintained and filed
- Reconcile rounds petty cash float weekly and reimbursements
- Assist with meeting room set ups and presentation
- Assist with organisation and setup of IT and AV equipment
- Perform general administrative tasks including managing stationery and kitchen supplies
- Ensure facilities areas and kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy
- Assist with managing a busy switchboard and the reception area
- Ensure clients and visitors are warmly welcomed to the firm
- Professionally respond to client queries and requests
- Perform general administrative tasks, as required
