About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a full time basis. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager - SA & WA, this position provides high quality day to day general administration and purchasing support, data analysis, project coordination and tracking to our teams across our South Australian Region (Adelaide, Port Wakefield, Balaklava, Blanchtown, and Murray Bridge) and Western Australian Region (Hopeland, Serpentine, Mogumber and Orange Springs).
The position is required to work closely with our Regional Operations Manager and Operations team who are located across the South Australian region mentioned above. We currently have a small office in Port Wakefield, but due to recent growth in this region, are looking to expand to a more centralised office. This position would have the flexibility to work from home or office, but may be required to travel to the current office or other sites as required.

About you
To be considered for the Office Administrator position, you’ll need to be an experienced, proactive Office Administrator. You are efficient, with excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude. You are a proven self-starter who is able to work well in a small team and over the phone/electronically with a wider team across Australia.
The successful applicant must have the right to work in Australia and be an open minded, passionate, have strong organisational skills and an ability to managing changing priorities when required. You will have strong administration, financial/purchasing experience, excellent experience in Microsoft Office and other computer applications. You will be a quick learner, able to communicate with varying styles of people, multitask and bring creative problem-solving skills to overcome unexpected challenges.
You will have high regard for Safety Health Environment and Quality and will work with our people to proactively support a positive WHS culture across the organisation.
