About this opportunity
As an Office Administrator at SilverChef, you will provide exceptional support across the administrative functions within the business specifically reception, event coordination and facilities management.
Your key contributions in this role, include:
- Office and facilities management– manage supply levels, re-order as needed and appropriate within pre-set budget. Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors ensuring best pricing options of supplies and services.
- Reception Management - manage the West End office reception including being the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Event Coordination - assist in coordination of events across the West End office and support other locations.
What you’ll need to succeed
This role for someone that is interested in learning all areas of maintaining a busy office environment. This role requires an exceptional level of attention to detail, time management and the upmost professional and confidential integrity.

- Multi-tasker Extraordinaire: You are incredibly organised and know how to prioritise your time so that you can multi-task and be flexible with your workload to effectively add value to the business.

- Administration, Process & Procedure Management: You are very comfortable working across the Microsoft suite, TEAMs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. You have impeccable process and procedure management skills
