- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to form positive stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Highly organized with demonstrated abilities to effectively prioritize workloads and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Knowledge of Xero advantageous
- Payroll duties
- Quality Team Player
- 3 to 4 days with a view to a full time role for the right candidate
- Tasks & Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of admin, communication, data entry tasks, phone calls, emails and other correspondence.
- Invoicing
- Preparation of purchase orders
- Assist with onboarding (booking of medical assessments. Inductions, Inhouse systems training etc)
- Detailed record keeping
- Inventory systems and overseeing stock
- Assist with HR Coordination
- General office duties including general house keeping.
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Being proactive in creating efficiencies and streamlining procedures.
