Job description

The Role

Our client is seeking an individual looking to take the next step in their career. This opportunity would suit an experienced receptionist looking to take that next step, or an administrator looking to continue and develop their career in a nurturing and progressive business. The office coordinator will provide all round support of the office and join an actively growing business. Working within the renewables sector, this a great move for someone who is looking to find meaning and satisfaction from their role. Proud to be a part of a business passionate about making change.

Please note the position will allow for 1 day working from home.

Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administration support to the team;
  • Ensure office is kept fully stocked;
  • Ordering of supplies;
  • Provide admin support to HR as required;
  • Diary management for the meeting rooms;
  • Liaise with building management;
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers;
  • Be the face of the busy, greeting clients upon arrival;
  • Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy. 
About You
  • The ideal candidate will possess a warm and friendly demeanor;
  • Work off your own initiative and a proactive personality;
  • Great communication style, with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Enjoy being the 'go to' in a role;
  • Pride yourself on your great organisational skills;
  • Happy to help wherever required, this is a varied role - no task will be deemed to big of small;
  • Some previous event experience would be preferred but not a must.
