We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to come into the business and hit the ground running. This will be a temporary assignment whilst our current office manager is on temporary leave for 12 months. ASAP start. Apply now.
The Role
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks throughout the day, including:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Processing orders and invoices
- Providing quotes to customers
- Ad-Hoc duties as required.
Experience & skills required:
- Proficient in accounting software systems for invoicing and purchase orders.
- Immaculate attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Strong communication skills and mature attitude
- Experience with dispatching and processing orders
