- Managing the front desk at reception
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phone calls
- Administration management
- Database entry
- Collating relevant documentation and providing checks
- Customer service and much more
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role working as an Administration Coordinator or in a similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to work autonomously or within a team
