Tasks & responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact in the office, greeting our customers along with providing reception and phone support for the office, answering phone calls, responding to emails and taking courier deliveries
- You will be required to support the everyday functions of the business such as managing job bookings and workflow, ordering stock, air-conditioning units and spare parts
- Manage and process warranty bookings & claims
- Prepare and provide quotes to customers, send invoices, process payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
