The Role
Working in a team of 5 Administrators, this role will suit a junior to intermediate secretary or medical receptionist who is looking to work for an inhouse provider. Your duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Diary, email and travel management for doctors and in house lawyers
- Liasing with patients, legal firms and medical practices
- Managing Briefs to Specialists, Letters of Instruction and formatting medicolegal reports
- Arranging medico-legal appointments
- Managing multiple inboxes
- Assisting with Business Development & Marketing (if interested)
About You
You will be a medical or legal secretary with current working experience. You will hold strong organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to work well autonomously and within a team. Ideally, you would be able to commence a new role within a 4 weeks’ notice period (1 – 2 weeks notice ideal).
