About Our Client

Involved in a specialised and unique industry which includes Acrylic Display and Plastic Fabrication. Plastic is taking over the more traditional products such as glass, timber and steel. Markets being serviced by All-Type Plastic Fabrication include retail, wholesale and a variety of manufacturing bases including engineering, industrial, shop fitting, signage, lighting, mining and agricultural.

They are currently seeking an Office All Rounder to join their team in a Permanent Part Time position based in Acacia Ridge.

About The Role

As an Office All Rounder you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am â 2:30pm. This position isnât your typical office-based role, you will be responsible for adhoc duties such as;

• Answering phones

• Attending to emails

• Getting groceries and supplies for the office/workshop

• Completing banking

• Cleaning amenities

• Assisting the director (EA)

• Payroll and invoicing (this will be taught)

What You Will Need

• Previous admin experience (ideally in a manufacturing or blue collar environment)

• Strong communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Adequate computer skills

• Previous MYOB experience

• Ability to mingle and get along with a dynamic team

• Driverâs licence + reliable transport
