Qualifications & experience
- Excellent communication and written skills are mandatory and non-negotiable - If you don't have it, then don't apply
- Accurate and efficient typing skills, someone who takes pride in their work and wants to achieve job satisfaction
- Attention to detail and spelling and grammatical skills are also non-negotiables
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is a must
- “Can-do” attitude, highly driven and a strong willingness to learn new things because there is plenty to learn with upskilling opportunities available
- Always professionally attired with a confident and courteous telephone manner to match
- Helpful, a friendly attitude and someone who takes initiative and does not wait to be asked
- Trustworthiness and loyalty are key attributes along with an EXCELLENT work ethic, with innate punctuality and keenness to get on with the job truly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with exceptional time management and scope for prioritisation necessary because it can get very busy due to the nature of what we do
- Highly motivated and keen to be a crucial part of the team, offering to assist everyone on any job that needs doing
Tasks & responsibilities
- Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch in tasteful surroundings within Bella Vista
- Working in modern office close to Bella Vista Metro Train Station with a possibility of moving to North Sydney late 2024/early 2025
- Answering phones, meet/greet clients & stakeholders and making beverages, tidy up meeting rooms and kitchen
- Mail handling, banking, restocking kitchen and stationery inventory - Own car is required
- Management of appointment and court calendar
- Filing and file maintenance, scanning, archiving, photocopying and any other tasks that may require you to perform
- Administration and customer service
- Supporting Partners, Practice Manager and the team at all times
- Scope for greater responsibility and learning new skills with career progression a possibility for the right person
- Must Bring your "A-Game" so you can add the most value to the organisation
