Qualifications & experience
- Certificate 111 in Business Administration or Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 3+ years experience in an office environment
- Experience with a HRIS, UKG preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Requires high attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage the day to day administrative tasks , including reception , inwards and outwards mail to ensure the smooth function of two sites, Braeside and Dandenong.
- Manage the recruitment inbox to ensure timely and accurate communications occur
- Organise pre employment administration including onboarding schedules , medicals, I.T requirements and access cards
- Use your creativity to design and produce Dashboards , Service Awards and Posters
- Maintain and organise files, records and documents to keep information easily accessible
- Act as a liaison between team members, clients and external partners to foster positive relationships and enhance collaboration
- Utilise various Office and technology tools to enhance productivity, create reports and manage data bases .
