Exciting opportunity to work for a multi-faceted property group, in a pivotal role as Office Coordinator/Administrator.
Working as an integral part of the office, this is a fantastic role to provide high level team support and general office coordination.
The organisation is a diverse property group covering investor relations, property development, construction and facilities management.
Duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Office Coordination - maintaining the office, including ordering all supplies, facilities management, manage internal assets, manage IT systems
- Coordinating meeting rooms, and set up where needed for meetings
- Meet and greet clients attending office for meetings
- Produce reports and other documentation for relevant meetings
- Manage staff travel and hospitality reservations
- Arrange catering
- Arrange events - both internal and client events.
- All adhoc team administration
