Qualifications & experience
- At least 5-10 years experience working in a fast paced, startup type environment in areas of operational / customer support /administration
- A current a Police Check and Working with Children Check
- A high level of systems and organisational skills
- Previous experience working in or understanding school environments
Tasks & responsibilities
- Nurture positive relationships with new and existing schools over the phone and in email through the professional and timely processing of enquiries, orders, invoicing, payment collection and scheduling of bookings.
- Maintaining the accuracy of customer data in the CRM, including tracking correspondence, outstanding customer retention actions, new customer onboarding and other team based support actions.
- Developing and delivering key success reports which measure our key performance indicators
- Maintaining important office functions including IT registers and some HR aspects.
