At Reason Group, we are on the hunt for an Office Assistant who can oversee minor clerical and office-keeping tasks and ensure that our office runs smoothly. The responsibilities for this role are very junior in nature and would suit someone with very little experience looking for a simple and easy-going job, or perhaps someone nearing retirement and seeking a role that offers the perfect balance of light administrative tasks and minor office upkeep
This is a fixed-term contract employment with a preference for a full-time commitment. However, candidates with part-time availability would be considered. You would be a great people person who gets along with others, is very professional and reliable, and has a can-do attitude and aptitude.

What to expect in this role
Working with internal and external team members and company executives, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide administrative and office support to our executives in the following areas as required: expense claims, timesheets, and diary management
- Prepare meeting rooms and arrange catering services
- Coordinate and undertake booking of meetings, events, and special functions
- Ensure the office, kitchen and staff amenities are tidy and in good condition
- Coordinate grocery shopping for essential items, ensuring sufficient stock levels to support daily operations.
- Booking of travel arrangements (flights, hotels, and transportation) through the company travel agent.
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Other adhoc administration and office tasks
What makes you a great fit?
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A can-do attitude and aptitude
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an office environment is a plus but not required.
