Office Assistant Job | Temporary Assignment | North Sydney Your new company This company is looking to hire a temporary Office Assistant to help with an office move they've got planned for the near future. Your new role
Assist with organising and coordinating the office moves, including packing, labelling, and inventory management.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth transition during the relocation process.
Maintain office supplies and order additional items as needed.
Help set up workstations and ensure employees have the necessary resources.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in office administration or similar roles is preferred.
What you'll get in return
This role has some scope for hybrid work but will be expected to be in the office more as the move date gets closer.
