AddressI Can Read Carlingford is a rapidly expanding literacy Centre with a small but dedicated team of professional teachers. Our students range from 3-12 years old and achieve excellent results from our programmes. Classes are small with a maximum of 5 students as well as one on one classes.
We are looking for an all-rounder Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good communication & computer skills, be trustworthy, dedicated and a positive team player that loves to work with children. The positions would suit a mature minded person who is capable of working alone.
The role will include seeing the students into their classrooms as well as assisting the teachers to see the students back to their parents. You will also be required to assist the teachers who may need photocopying or small jobs to help them run their classes smoothly. The right candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be capable of booking assessments and know how to communicate well with, staff, students and parents.
The role is for Tuesday to Friday from 2:00pm till 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am till 5:00pm (27 hours per week).
No experience is required for the right candidate as on the job training is provided.
A working with children check will be required by the hired candidate.
