Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering and transferring calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate the packaging of sample products to be sent to new or existing clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organisation to create a conducive working environment
- Collaborate with various teams to support administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Uphold our company's values of environmental responsibility and sustainability in all aspects of work
- Support of the Customer Care Team when they are overloaded to communicate with customers
- Previous experience in a receptionist or Office Assistant role is preferred but not required
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Enthusiasm for environmental sustainability and a desire to contribute to positive change
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
