Our client is amulti-faceted basketball enterprise, who are owners of two high profile elite NBL basketball teams.We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator, who will be responsible for providing administrative planning coordination and support to the greater team. T
Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for staff
- Recommend, develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, co-ordinate deliveries and monitoring generic inbox emails
- Maintain filing systems, records management, insurance information and other company documentation
- Assist with HR in updating company and employee information
- Ensure technology and equipment is properly maintained
- Supporting the department heads across the business to and providing assistance to the senior leadership
- Working alongside the EGM to set up and manage player needs
- Prepare minutes, meeting notes, and internal support materials for meetings as requested
- Develop and implement administrative systems and processes as required.
- Oversee WH&S operations, ensuring First Aid and Fire Warden registers are up to date.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, within a professional environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to be proactive, multi-task and effectively prioritise
- High attention to detail and process driven
- Integrity and confidentiality in management of private company information
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Flexible and ability to adapt to change.
