Working closely with the Operations Teams, the role will encompass:
- Coordinating a centralised inbox
- Manage and maintain the front of office and meeting room spaces
- Maintain office supplies
- Admin support for document management
- Maintaining and updating client records
- Assisting with the creation of new process documents
- Manage social media and online presence
- Assist with event and networking planning
- Previous administration experience
- Intermediate Microsoft & computer skills
- Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
- Corporate and professional presentation
- An ability to interact and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach to work
