About the Role
The successful candidate will provide general administrative assistance to the head office and wider team. The Administration Officer is responsible for company travel bookings, event coordination and day-to-day administrative activities at the Head Office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and stakeholder communications.
- Greeting all visitors and contractors and coordinating all enquiries at the main reception, including answering incoming phone calls.
- Providing administrative support to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and wider office team.
- Maintaining databases, distributing communications and recording meeting minutes.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, events and meetings for the business.
- Purchasing and receipt of goods, including general office consumables and uniforms.
- Coordinating IT related asset management and communications.
- Basic project management.
About You
You are a positive contributor and team player that possesses a natural ability to build strong working relationships. You are detail oriented, motivated and organised with a passion for working in a team environment and supporting others.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of prior experience in an Administration Officer role.
- Previous experience in an industrial or blue-collar work environment highly regarded.
- Is highly competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication.
