About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Coordinator who will assist in the smooth running of our Derby office day-to-day operations.
Duties include:
- Provide leadership and supervision to administrative staff, ensuring team members understand roles and responsibilities and offering guidance and support as needed.
- Supervising administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, to create a productive and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to planning and processes within the organisation, providing input on budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
