AddressSmile Time Orthodontics is a well established specialist Orthodontic practice with four offices in metropolitan Perth. We are seeking a lead receptionist to join our team, for our Fremantle practice. We are a modern, dynamic, patient centred practice focused on achieving the best Orthodontic results, health care and service for our patients.
We have a highly skilled, experience and friendly team.
We are looking for someone with:
- a positive, confident and friendly manner and with excellent communication skills
- the ability to work independently and with our team members
- enjoys busy environments and patient communication roles
- previous dental experience preferred
- sound computer/ IT skills
The role will involve
- being the first point of contact for new and existing patients, both telephone and email enquiries
- managing the appointment scheduling
- Patient reception and greeting
- Invoicing and receipting payments
- Drafting letters
- Daily banking
- Liasing with other receptionists and treatment coordinators
The role is 4 days per week and in our Fremantle office. The ability to assist in all of our four Perth practices is required.
