About the Role
NurtureCloud is looking for a passionate Office & Events Coordinator based in Sydney that can work part-time (min 3 days) or full-time.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining office stationery and kitchen supplies
- Keeping office area tidy and organised
- Liaising with building management for any maintenance requirements
- Be a part of our Culture Committee and drive initiatives as well as coordination & execution of events
- Arranging catering requests and researching new and exciting ideas for our weekly events
- Managing the events budgets and timelines
- Drafting communications to the wider business regarding initiatives and events
- Creating company surveys
- Managing scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments for the CEO and CTO
- Be the First Aid Officer and Fire Warden and attending relevant training
- Maintaining register and signage for office health and safety
- General ad hoc duties where required to assist the support teams
- Resolving day-to-day service delivery queries and issues
- Managing the company’s social media profiles including creating/collaborating on posts and managing comments/messages
- Helping with a wide range of regular tasks including expenses, developing policies and processes
- Organising employee recognition awards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Minimum 1 day working from the office
- Exceptional people and communications skills
- Great attention to detail, strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- A collaborative mindset
- A forward thinking, proactive, 'can do' attitude
- Demonstrable some interest in graphic design and social media
- Canva experience is desired
