Your responsibilities….
As our Events Coordinator, you will oversee the planning and execution of various events across the hotels, including corporate functions, workshops, weddings, and social gatherings. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support for seamless event coordination
- Managing inquiries and correspondence
- Preparing detailed event documentation.
- Coordinating with hotel departments for logistics
- Maintaining meticulous records and calendars
- Conducting client follow-ups post-event
- Assisting during peak operational periods
- Contributing to sales initiatives and upselling opportunities
