Melbourne Fencing Specialists is a rapidly growing company, Based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, servicing Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. This is inclusive of home owners as well as commercial builders, our team take pride on customer service and professionalism.
Responsibilities for Office Manager
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
- Ensure all on-site estimate bookings run efficiently
- Manage day to day running, scheduling, accounts and customer service
- Coordinate with customers, installers and suppliers
- Responsible in ensuring all sales reports and profit and loss are up to date
- Receiving incoming/outgoing calls
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Qualifications for Office Manager
- Experience in an administrative/office management role
- Experience with Xero and Servicem8 preferred
- Knowledge of the construction industry and OHS experience advantage but not essential
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Computer literate
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
3 months Probation
