Seeking an Office Manager with a helpful, friendly and outgoing personality. This position is suitable for someone looking for a long-term position who wants to assist in growing our business and be a member for years to come.
The successful applicant will work alongside the existing administrative team and provide support to the directors and accountants.
This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Oversee invoicing, billing, and client account management
- Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, maintaining relationships and providing assistance
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support project deadlines and client deliverables
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management or administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with accounting principles and terminology is a plus
