AddressFantastic full-time Office Manager opportunity with a well-established Automotive Aftermarket distributor, located in Gateshead, Newcastle. This is a hands-on role for an organized and bubbly individual, working closely with various stakeholders across the business. This role would suit someone with experience in handling a variety of administrative duties.
Applicant must be a friendly and approachable go-getter that has a fast twitch and most importantly, is a team player! This is a fast-paced environment; therefore you will need to be adaptable and able to prioritise workload. No day is the same! Customer service and attention to detail is king and mastering keeping the culture positive and everyone happy is a must.
Hours required: 8.00am-5.00pm Monday - Friday.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Managing phones & email correspondence.
- Assist with data entry & analysis
- Dealing directly with customers
- Stock control
- Liaise with staff to ensure awareness of important information including products & promotions.
- Ad-hoc duties as they arise
- Ensure the office, meeting rooms and kitchen are well maintained
- Onboarding new starters
- Following WHS policies & procedures
- A working knowledge of Pronto system would be advantageous, however not essential. Full training will be provided.
- Provide assistance to leadership to drive business and support the team.
