Qualifications & experience
- MUST have mechanical experience/Knowledge, would love ex mechanic/mechanic needing a change of pace.
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent customer service
- Be able to organise a team of workers
Tasks & responsibilities
- Including but not limited to;
- Customer service
- Booking cars in/out
- Taking phone calls
- Talking with customers
- Organising jobs for mechanics
- Ordering parts
- Working with owner
- Reliable
- Be able to work under pressure
