The Business:
We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a fabulous, fast growing, well established Adelaide Law firm. The organisation are expanding rapidly and currently opening another key branch.
The business are a well networked and well respected firm and are undergoing exciting changes.
They specialise in the corporate and commercial legal sector and are looking to add to the headcount in the Adelaide branch.
The Role:
This is a pivotal role within the business and we are looking to find an experienced and mature new addition to the team.
The business is expanding and are now looking to find an office manager/ administrator, who can organise the day to day administration duties within the Adelaide branch.
This is a front office position and you will be the first point of contact both over the phone and face to face for clients and visitors the the organisation.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Taking and receiving calls and effectively taking messages and handling email correspondence.
Taking responsibility for the Trust Accounting and day to day duties that this entails
Invoicing
Managing the Partners and solicitors diaries and ensuring a smooth running of the office.
Filing/photocopying/admin duties as required
Providing refreshments for meetings to visiting clients and visitors
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a mature professional individual, who enjoys a busy work place and takes pride in their organisation skills.
The day to day duties will vary and therefore it would be advantageous to be able to multi-task and work to deadlines when needed.
The office is a pleasant place to work and we are looking for a friendly person who loves being part of a team.
It would be advantageous to have experience in:
Trust Accounts and Invoicing
Great interpersonal skills and a high level of client management
A cheerful and positive demeaner
Good keyboard, computer and IT skills
In return we offer a competitive salary of up to $75k plus superannuation plus a car parking space in the CBD. This is a full time office based opportunity in Adelaide CBD.
