Job description

Office Manager/Admin Assistant to Partners -  based in Bulleen. 

Salary range A$80,000/$90,000 per year plus super - depending on experience 

About the Company: Stonebridge Capital, a leading Mergers and Acquisitions Firm, based in Bulleen, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated person to provide comprehensive support to our three partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seamlessly manage the partners' calendars, ensuring all meetings, travel, and events are coordinated and prioritized effectively.
  • Handle all confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the partners, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Prepare key documents, presentations, and reports necessary for internal and external meetings.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and relationship management.
  • Coordinate and handle logistics for high-level meetings and events, both in-house and externally.
  • Reviewing expenses/invoices and preparing information for and liaising with company accountants 
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc projects as required by the partners.
  • Collaborate with the companies within the Stonebridge structure, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with the partners' strategic vision.
  • Organise the completion of the day-to-day tasks around the workplace

Qualifications and/or experience:

  • Previous office management, PA/admin experience preferably within the finance or M&A sector is an added advantage for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively support multiple partners with their day-to-day operations including an ability to anticipate needs
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational skills with an innate ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and other business-related software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
  • Proactive mindset with a flair for problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
