The position involves a range of duties starting from handling sales enquiries, orders, purchasing – local indent and overseas imports, preparing quotations, invoicing etc

The candidate must have the skills to maintain the company’s website, maintain the showroom as well as overall management and coordination of the warehouse and all things to make it work.

Task & Responsibilities

Planning and Review of Office Services: This involves strategies and assessing the office's needs, services, and standards, including setting priorities to meet organisational goals.

Allocation of Resources: Managing human resources, space, and equipment effectively to optimize productivity and meet operational requirements.

Assignment and Monitoring of Work: Delegating tasks to staff members and monitoring their performance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Management of Records and Accounts: Maintaining accurate records and managing financial accounts related to office operations.

Liaison with Professionals: Collaborating with professionals both within and outside the organization to coordinate business activities and resolve any issues that may arise.

Maintenance of Equipment and Supplies: Ensuring that office equipment is properly maintained and that necessary supplies are stocked to support day-to-day operations.

Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring that the office adheres to occupational health and safety regulations as well as relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.

Personnel Coordination: Handling various personnel activities such as recruitment, promotions, performance management, payroll processing, training, and supervision of staff members.Handle customer enquiry through email and calls

Qualification & Experience

Tertiary qualified with at least 2 years relevant experience

Preferably multilingual in Malay, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and English

Strong organisatonal and tme management skills

Competent to coordinate operations with the ability to think outside the box
