The role
As the Office Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our office operations, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our workspace.
The ideal candidate has an administration background within a corporate/professional environment. Most importantly, you’ll have great communication skills with an eye for detail as well as a passion for keeping things in order. A proactive approach, interest in learning and enthusiasm for assisting wherever needed to achieve results is also essential for our small team.
This role is based in our new Collins Street Melbourne HQ.

What you'll do
Stonehouse headquarters has an intentionally small team and we work together closely.
Responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting everyone
- Answering phone calls, emails and other forms of correspondence
- Team assistance - meetings, travel, research, expenses
- Managing physical and electronic files
- IT and onboarding administration
- Creating and maintaining order
- Project assistance
- Performing other administrative duties as required

- Previous corporate administration/office experience essential
- IT skills and experience using various systems
- Positive can-do attitude
- Willingness to role up sleeves and assist others
- An eye for detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Hands on, confident, self-starter mentality
