We are looking for one incredible and highly organised person to become our Office Manager. This is a permanent position with flexible working hours available, but at least 25hrs per week, over 4 days.
Round 2 Timbers is a leading supplier of recycled, reclaimed Australian Hardwood Timber in the Hunter region. We specialise in the craft of timber joinery and are a leading supplier of recycled Australian hardwood timber & custom-made furniture. Reclaimed timber is a timeless & beautiful asset that demonstrates an understanding of our delicate eco-system. One of our primary goals is to promote and support sustainable design and green building.
You will: Support the efficient operation and growth of our business through effective management of the office and all related administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone:
- with strong interpersonal/communication and customer service skills,
- who is highly organised, proactive & resourceful,
- knowledge of XERO an advantage,
- experienced in office management/administration, and
- doesn't mind working in an operational environment.
The role will include reception/customer service, job scheduling/allocation, quoting/invoicing, processing payroll, simple account management, supporting OHS and HR needs, and ad-hoc tasks required to manage the office day-to-day.
