We are seeking an Office Manager for a major infrastructure project based in Armadale, WA. Reporting to the People Leader, your role will be to ensure that adequate and effective support is available to the project and project management team from an administrative perspective, ensuring all site administration tasks are executed in a timely and organised manner. Key Responsibilities Ensure Administration & Office Management policies and procedures are established and maintained.
Manage Procure to Pay, Payroll and Travel & Accommodation for the project to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently. Coordinate, train, supervise and manage the Administration team to effectively carry out their roles & responsibilities.
