A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Strata Assistant to join to our Central Coast Team, based in our Terrigal branch. The position is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm weith a dedicated lunch break from 12:30pm until 1:30pm.
Your duties will include answering incoming calls, meeting & greeting visitors, internal & external mail distribution, electronic filing, assisting with the legislative requirements of the strata portfolios & other general administration duties.
You will assist our Strata Managers to manage the strata portfolios including (but not limited to) the preparation of meeting notices & minutes, facilitating repairs & maintenance, liaising with the executive committee & owners, ensuring compliance with the Acts & building strong client relationships.
You will be seeking a career in strata and wanting to train to become a Strata Manager.
You will be supported by a dedicated team of Strata Managers, strata assistants & administration staff.
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:
• A minimum of 12 months experience in a busy office environment, preferably strata or real estate;
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & demonstrated ability to use these skills for negotiation;
• Well developed time management skills & accuracy/attention to detail;
• Current Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent - Strata) or willingness to obtain within 3 months;
• Reliable car & current NSW drivers licence.
