About The Role:
Use your knowledge in administration and ability to grasp new concepts, acquire new skills in the role to contribute to our client's the smooth day-to-day operations of our Client's office.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure seamless office operations with your adept handling of administrative tasks.
- Manage diaries for the executive team, arrange meetings, and prepare partake in meetings as required.
- Oversee databases, filing systems, and mailing lists.
- Maintain and administer office policies and procedures.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the wider team.
- Contribute to contract management and digital marketing initiatives.
- Proven secretarial experience and exceptional communication skills.
- A commitment to outstanding customer service.
- A keen eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems.
- A proactive mind set with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- The ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.
