Office Manager

Jirsch Reilly Tang Pty Ltd is on the lookout for an organised & dedicated Office Manager to join our professional team on a full-time basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all client related matters
• Manage inbound & outbound mail
• Answering phones and provide general assistance to callers
• Organising meetings and maintaining the office database
• Managing and maintaining a tidy office, ensuring all team members needs are considered.
• Filing & document management using 
• Point of contact for mailing, maintenance, office supplies, bills and errands

You will have the following experience and attributes:

• Firm understanding of bookkeeping and/or accounting principles
• Strong working experience with Xero
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task & manage time effectively
• High Standard of attention to detail 
• Ability to work well in a small team
• Neat & professional presentation
• Confident computer literacy
• Positive attitude & work ethic
