Jirsch Reilly Tang Pty Ltd is on the lookout for an organised & dedicated Office Manager to join our professional team on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all client related matters
- Manage inbound & outbound mail
- Answering phones and provide general assistance to callers
- Organising meetings and maintaining the office database
- Managing and maintaining a tidy office, ensuring all team members needs are considered.
- Filing & document management using
- Point of contact for mailing, maintenance, office supplies, bills and errands
You will have the following experience and attributes:
- Firm understanding of bookkeeping and/or accounting principles
- Strong working experience with Xero
- Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task & manage time effectively
- High Standard of attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a small team
- Neat & professional presentation
- Confident computer literacy
- Positive attitude & work ethic
