This is an opportunity to join a Real Estate Agency with some of the most recognized names in the industry, this office is the talk of the town! Currently seeking an Office Manager to assist in the growth of an agency at the forefront, this role is for someone to be the "eyes and ears" in a dynamic, fast-paced role.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, you will be reporting to the Director. Ensuring smooth running of the office operations day to day, compliance and records. Working in a streamline team with expert knowledge, systems and structures in place, we are looking for someone to:

• Onboarding & employment agreements
• HR Admin
• Assisting with day to day operations
• Help creating & managing systems & procedures
• Office compliance
• Supplier negotiations
• Assist department head & owners
• Office supplies

The Candidate:

• No real estate experience necessary
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Shows initiative and confidence
• Strong MS Office Skills
• Excellent leadership skills – you will be the ‘go to’ Person
