You will also be expected to learn the software we use on a daily basis, such as Shopify and our warehouse management software, so you should be a systems-oriented person.

We are seeking a client-focused superstar who can support our existing team with any admin tasks they need and help with the smooth running of our operation. Your duties as an Admin Manager/Office Manager will include but are not limited to:
- Answering emails
- Assisting in preparing client information packages (including cover letters, documents for signing, invoices, etc.)
- Assisting with creating and tracking job progress in workflow systems to help our team prioritize tasks
- Filing & maintaining confidential documentation
- Processing various forms and submissions related to healthcare equipment and services
- Communication with the warehouse when needed
- Completing ad-hoc tasks as requested by Management
- Please be aware that our successful applicant will possess the following:
1 – 2 years of office administration experience (experience in the healthcare industry is highly regarded) or some kind of experience working in a warehouse would be an advantage.
