- Handling reception duties including answering phone calls, managing emails, and performing general administrative tasks
- Building and Council applications/approvals
- Colour selections and variations
- Diary and email management to the director
- Must have 5+ years working within a Varied Senior Prestart/CA/Admin role
- Experience working as an Office Manager
- Prior experience in leadership or managing people
- Clear communication, Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Can work autonomously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
- A constructive mindset and eagerness to mentor and assist fellow team members
