Office Receptionist – Part Time/Casual
A vacancy exists within our Accounting Firm for a part-time/casual Office Receptionist - Flexible Working Hours
Duties include:
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting clients in reception
- Administrative duties
Desired skills and experience:
- Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills required
- Great attention to detail
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have the ability to work in a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Confident, committed and a professional appearance and personality
Prior work experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
