The Role
This role is great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a law firm. The position is full time Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Duties will include:
- Records management and archiving
- Assisting the Office Services Coordinator with tasks
- Receiving stationary and stocking the office supplies
- Assisting with other administrative duties when required, such as reception cover
- Maintaining and cleaning kitchens
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and professional approach
