Pestige Solutions is a busy pest control business in Sutherland Shire, family owned and operated which started 17 years ago. We service all areas of Sydney and have an extremely busy team of 2 office admin staff and 8 field workers. Role:-
We are seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader who will be part of the Administration team:-
- Supervising/guiding 2x part time admin staff;
- Manage a team of technicians (around 4 techs);
- Invoicing, Quoting, ad hoc admin tasks - for your tech team;
- Responsible for all incoming emails;
- Support the team during peak times with any overflow of work;
- Handle/resolve customer escalations and complaints;
- Organise and lead monthly company-wide meetings;
- Work closely with Director;
- Ensure all WH&S policies and procedures are up to date and implemented including training that may be required;
- Oversee processes ensuring they are reviewed and optimised from time to time;
- Bookkeeper experience preferred but not essential - reconciliation, payroll, BAS, PAYG.
Skills & Experience:-
- Previous experience in a similar role running a busy small office and team
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Excellent conflict resolutions skills
- Excellent computer skills including intermediate knowledge of MS office suite
- Experience in Pest Control preferred
- Experience in MYOB preferred
- Extremely organised
- Ability to collaborate and work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Think clearly and make decisions on your feet
- Great communicating skills
- Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
The role is full time - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
