About the role
We have a 12 month opportunity for an Officer Business Services to provide business, financial and people support, processing and analysis services to support Engineering with project delivery processes of Asset Condition Assessment. Based in our Shenton Park office this role will be reporting to the Team Leader – Reliability Business Services. Please note, this will be offered as a full-time position, we are unable to accommodate part time arrangements
What the role will involve
- Internal recharge support, cost allocation/distribution and processing
- Provide financial reporting support including preparation of resources cost allocations
- Monitor purchasing card use, allocations and compliance including training and education for users
- Processes employee information, timesheets, including overtime, allowances to assist payroll and cost allocation
- Assists with preparation and review of the section’s annual business plan and timely delivery of performance reports
- Provide coordination of travel and accommodation arrangements
- Liaise with management in relation to sourcing, availability, scheduling and appropriateness of required training and development requirements
- Manages pool and operational fleet vehicles (including forklifts and trucks)
You’ll have a qualification in finance, commerce or business studies, along with experience providing a broad range of business, financial and people processing support in a commercially focussed business environment. Your experience with procurement and contract policies, procedures, systems and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels will ensure success in this role.
