As an Officer, Campus Maintenance, you will:

• Deliver effective and efficient services to customers by monitoring and maintain building fabric asset systems throughout the University
• Ensure a high-level of customer service, adhere to all quality requirements and participate in reviews of work practices to identify opportunities for improvement
• Undertake projects as required by the Senior Supervisor, Campus Maintenance with respect to building fabric
• Undertake fault finding investigations of the fabric system and initiate repairs, and issue relevant permits to work

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Completion of a Trade Qualification in carpentry or joinery and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
• Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Experience in maintaining building fabric
• Experience working in a maintenance environment in the tertiary sector
