Role Overview

Gympie Regional Council currently has two positions within our Customer Contact Branch. 1 x Permanent - Officer Customer Engagement and 1 x Fixed Term (7 months approx.) - Officer Customer Contact.

These roles deliver high quality, professional customer service ensuring quality standards, processes and documentation to satisfy customer and organisational requirements. This role responds to customer enquiries of a more technical nature and provides an escalation point and support for Customer Contact officers at the Planning and Development Customer Contact Service Point.
