The Current Learners Team is one of the three pillars of LLE, alongside the Future Learners Team and LLE Operations. The Lifetime Learner Experience Unit enables a holistic approach to learner attraction, on-boarding, management, and lifelong learning journey engagement.
About the Role
The Officer, Study Plan Management (previously known as Officer, Progressions Results & Conferral) manages several competing priorities while monitoring and ensuring operational and customer service standards are met. This role will support stakeholders and customers solving problems supported by policy and procedures. It is a busy, fast paced team and requires someone who is able to juggle a high workload, competing priorities and all while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
The Officer will be assigned to the following SPM team:
- SPM Curriculum Management
The role will also provide assistance to the following SPM teams as required:
- SPM Recognition of Prior Learning:
- SPM Course Completion and Transitions:
The role in the Course Completion and Transitions team will be focused on completion checking, Study Plan expansions and assisting with complex Study Plan Management activities.

Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $80,044 to $91,570 pa (HEW 5)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time, and appointment will be made on a fixed term until June 2025.
