We are looking to fill the role of Customer service/Sales Administration support officer.
Starting with casual hours Monday to Friday - approx 5-6 hours per day but not limited to and the opportunity of Full Time for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Office Manager, we are looking for the right person to be an integral part of the business. This role has multiple responsibilities as you will be the first point of contact for clients and will assist in supporting the overall administration function of the business.
The ideal person will have a focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls
- Data entry
- Receive and process customer orders
- Attend to customer cash sales/pickups
- Arrange freight manifest and freight bookings
- Processing of orders and invoices
- Act as a support person to senior office personnel
- General office duties as required
The ideal applicant will have a pleasant approachable nature who is skilled at multitasking and has experience in similar roll, this will be highly regarded.
